Britney Spears and Radiohead
The headline makes you shudder, doesn't it? Atease and several blogs are having fun with the fact that Britney recently purchased Radiohead's debut release Pablo Honey. The real story is in the picture below, as it prompts so many questions. Who do you think is more embarrassed - Radiohead or Britney? Will Thom Yorke implode when he sees proof that the pop princess is a fan? Did she buy the CD because there is a baby on the front and thought it might be good listening for her baby? First Britney gets pregnant, then she purchases a Radiohead CD? More proff that Armageddon is near...
I think Yorke would (ironicallY) be amused by/proud of this. Or maybe even more likely, he would just not care at all. Now, if she were to attempt to cover "Creep," that's a different story. It will be interesting to see any reaction the band has...
