A Thames Magistrate Court Judge informed Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty that she was pleased that he was making progress with his court-ordred drug rehabilitation. Doherty's "progress" included testing positive for drugs twice in February and getting arrested for stealing a car and drug possession last week. Showing his respect for the Court, Doherty showed up to court thirty minutes late and restlessly fidgeted while being addressed by the Judge.
Somewhere in America, Courtney Love has surely heard of Doherty's court appearance and is making plans to emigrate to England.
