Listen carefully to tonight's Grey's Anatomy finale (9pm/8c ABC) and you'll hear Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" off their new cd "Eyes Open." If you miss the show you can also check it out on the band's Myspace page.The Irish lads are also on tour here in the States all summer. This is a good chance to see these guys at relatively a small venue when you still can.
