Apple has dominated the personal mp3 player market with its iPod and accompanying iTunes Brand. One company wants to put a dent in Apple's market share.
Creative Technology Ltd. (Nasdaq: CREAF), has filed a request with the U.S. International Trade Commission to institute an investigation of possible patent infringement. Creative claims the iPod is based on technology of their "ZEN" patent.
